Master of Public Health

The Master of Public Health (MPH) degree is a professional degree for students who require a broad general academic experience in public health. Students will acquire competency in the fundamental public health disciplines.

Master of Science in Public Health

The Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) is an academic research degree designed for students who wish to prepare for further study at the doctoral level or to prepare for research or technical positions in government, industry, academia, or private institutions.

Master of Science in Biostatistics

The Master of Science (MS) in Biostatistics is structured around four pairs of statistical-based courses and is for students who are interested in medical and epidemiological studies.

Doctorate of Biostatistics

The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biostatistics is an intensive research training program for students with prior training in Biostatistics or related disciplines. Students will produce a statistically-sophisticated Ph.D. thesis that facilitates progression for the biostatistics field.

Doctorate of Epidemiology

The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Epidemiology is an intensive research training program for students with prior training in Epidemiology or related disciplines.

Doctorate of Prevention Science and Community

The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Prevention Science and Community Health offers students the unique opportunity to interact with faculty who specialize in all stages of the intervention development and evaluation process—-etiology, intervention design, intervention evaluation, and intervention implementation and dissemination—-as well as in various methodologies such as community-based participatory research and mixed methods research.
