Why do we have the most expensive health system in the world, yet nearly 40 countries boast better health than ours? Health services research focuses on social factors, financing systems, organizational structures and processes, and provider and patient personal behaviors that affect access, quality and cost of health care.
Drug addiction is taking a terrible toll throughout Mexico. With help from the U.S., Mexico has opened three hundred new treatment programs.
